✅ What you’ll need before starting
Signing up with AskMandla is simple. All you need is:
📱 For the employer:

A smartphone with WhatsApp

Your full name and ID or passport number
- A photo or copy of your ID or Passport

The name and phone number of your employee

Your employee’s start date

Their weekly working days and hours

Their salary (hourly, weekly, or monthly)
- Your Physical address (Where your employee works)

Your email address (optional, but recommended)

Job title (e.g. nanny, cleaner, gardener)

Once we’ve collected the info, we will:

✅ Generate a legally compliant employment contract

✅ Create payslips each month

✅ Help you pay your employee legally and on time
💬 Can I sign up without my employee’s input?
Yes, you can start the process as the employer, and we’ll contact your employee to collect their details and get their signature.
Alternatively, your employee can start the process and we’ll reach out to you.
🔐 Is my information secure?
Yes. We use secure cloud systems and never share your personal or financial information without your permission. Your contracts and payslips are stored safely and can be accessed anytime.
