Every signed document is:

  • Accessible anytime via WhatsApp by sending:

🔐 Is it legally valid?

Yes, digital signatures are recognised under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) in South Africa.

Each signed document:

  • Records the signer’s phone number, name, and timestamp

  • Can be submitted to the CCMA or Department of Labour if needed
