  • Add your signature or initials digitally

  • Confirm your name and date

Every signed document is:

  • Automatically saved in AskMandla’s secure cloud

  • Accessible anytime via WhatsApp by sending:

    “View contract”, “Get warning letter”, or “Show signed documents”

We’ll send you a link or copy of the PDF instantly.

🔐 Is it legally valid?

Yes, digital signatures are recognised under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) in South Africa.

Each signed document:

  • Records the signer’s phone number, name, and timestamp

  • Can be submitted to the CCMA or Department of Labour if needed
