How to get a bank confirmation letter to prove account ownership
If you're receiving a salary through AskMandla, or you need to update your bank account details, you'll need to provide a valid bank confirmation letter. This is how we confirm that the bank account belongs to you, and that your salary is going to the correct place.
✅ What is a bank confirmation letter?
It’s a one-page official letter from your bank that shows:

Your full name

Your account number
-
The bank name and branch code
-
That the account is active and valid
It must be:

In PDF format (no screenshots)
-
No older than 3 months
-
Downloaded or emailed from your banking app or printed in-branch
